Xplicit thanked about 100 supporters who travelled from various cites in the ILLIMO area for his listening party.
One of the performers that night was spoken word artist , Corey Black .
Xplicit , on the cuff, walked up to Black to spit one of their pieces just like when they used to perform as a duo.
Sideway soul. LOL> Xplicit sat and had his biz partner DJ 76 Kid to play snippets from his CD while he explained the motivation behind the songs he cut. He also asked the crowd to guess which industry beats he used for the songs including the title cut using the "Day and Night" beat.

NOTE: Overall this show was one of the better ines Ive seen in awhile (the band was a bit out of place but they were the theme music for the models) . It gave you New York chic and the crowd was well balanced(white, black, straight, alternative) but the highlight of the show came after the show was over when the fire alarms went off cuz someone backstage in the kitchen decided to puff puff and caused members of the STL fire department to come threw expecting a towering inferno. LOL. The after party was held at Pepper Lounge a few blocks east of Lumen on Locust.
