We think Lupe has gotten himself into a web that he wont be able to get out of especially with the huge political war for the Presidency in 2012. There are allegations that talk show queen Oprah Winfrey has landed an interview with the controversial former football star OJ Simpson who supposedly confessed in jail that he killed his ex wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman out of self defense.
Despite a National Enquirer report Thursday that Simpson confessed from prison to murdering his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and Ron Goldman, a rep for Harpo told the Hollywood Reporter, “That’s not true.”
Winfrey has said she’s determined to get Simpson’s confession. He was acquitted in 1995 of the murders.
Speaking at the National Cable and Telecommunications Association’s annual Cable Show in Chicago last week, she said, “I have a dream of O.J. Simpson confessing to me” as the audience cheered. “And I am going to make that happen people,” she promised, admitting it was “not that lofty” a goal.
“I don’t just want the interview,” said Winfrey, who stopped production in May on her Chicago-based talk show after a 25-year run. “I want the interview on the condition that you are ready, Mr. Simpson.”
Her follow-up show, “Oprah’s Next Chapter,” will begin in January on the Oprah Winfrey Network.
Hmm, what is weird about this whole story is the alleged confession was reported by a British newspaper called the Daily Mail only. No other paper in the world had this supposed scoop.
In unrelated Oprah newz, she was honored with the Crystal Pillar Award at the 38th Annual Emmy Awards recently for her long running talk show that ended in May after 25 years . Although she was not in attendance, a 10 minute tribute was given to the Tv mogul.

There's still no sign the jurors are simply choosing to take their time to be as thorough as possible or that they're struggling to reach consensus.
Blagojevich hasn't been at the courthouse during deliberations. Judge James Zagel told him he didn't have to be. But Blagojevich has to be poised to come to the courthouse on short notice once jurors indicate they have a decision.
Blagojevich took the stand for seven days at the retrial and denied all 20 counts against him. The allegations include that he tried to sell or trade President Barack Obama's vacated Senate seat.
Twelve of the 20 charges relate to allegations Blagojevich was hawking Barack Obama's vacated Senate seat to get benefits for himself.

The day of July 10th, 1993 marks a special moment for Robert Charles Wilson. 50 years ago he enlisted to become a Marine at Montford Point. He proudly served his country in WWII at Iwo Jima and after exiting the service trained as a classical opera singer. But his only shortcoming in life was separating from his wife, Gwen, when she refused to chase his dream of becoming a famous singer. With their only son R.C. in town to celebrate the anniversary of his father’s enlistment, this day brings a wave of memories back to Robert, along with a few unexpected turns in this World Premiere theatre event.For tickets go to http://www.theblackrep.org/
