Another vendor was spoken word artist MPEROR who, along with his assistants, hold up his CD that he was selling that nite.

The first pickee was STL Chapter 100 Black Men president John Haigler who spoke about the organization.
The winner receiving a handshake from Soul Santa before receiving his gift.
The next selectee was St. Louis American Photo Journalist Wiley Price who spoke about the newspaper.

Next up was Richard Gray (the late Earl Wilson's son) of the Gateway Classic Foundation who announced its foundation holiday party Dec18 at its facility.

Next up was Dr. Terry Freeman who spoke about his organization National Society of Black Engineers' 37th Annual Convention in St. Louis in March.
Freeman selects a man.
President of the St. Louis Chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha Marcus Creighton was next. He talked about the fraternity's Founders Day 94th b-day which was Dec 4, 1906. Land, who is an Alpha, then asked for all in crowd who were Alphas to come to the front of the stage to get a pic taken.

During the dance break, acupuncturist Afua Bromley and her husband get it goin on the dance floor.

Lastly was Cedric The Entertainer's manager Eric Rhone and former STL Mayor and current namesake radio show personality Freeman Bosley Jr.
Bosley plugged his Saturday afternoon show and then said his catchphrase, "Quit Playin."
Bosley chose the winner of the big prize, a diamond ring.
Up next was Doc Love on the 1s and 2s.

Before we left we forgot to take a pic of the mascot of the event....
The Singing and Dancing Santa that was at the lobby exit. LOL
NOTE. Great event. The Dirty Muggs was outstanding. They performed cover dance and hip-hop songs even better than the original songs! The food spread from Michael Catering was standard but tasty (chicken, meatballs, pasta salad) and desserts (cheese cake, cookies, chocolate cake) and free beer from Budweiser. Celebrating a b-day that night was graphic artist Kevin Bryant.
A TMP (Too Much Playin) Moment hapenned there when a brotha had his wife take a pic of him sitting on SOUL SANTA's lap. It looked a lil bit awkward with this GROWN man sitting on his lap! LOL
