La Russa, who is reportedly scheduled to attend the Warm-Up in addition to hosting events in town this Friday and Saturday, may have a scheduling conflict due to a family matter. A representative for Icon Sports said first baseman Albert Pujols does not plan to make the trip. (Pujols also was not among the traveling party that visited George Bush in 2007.)

The St. Louis Rams organization is supposed to announce today, Thursday, regarding hiring Jeff Fisher as the new Rams coach replacing for Steve Spagnuolo who was fired earlier this month.. A source close to Jeff Fisher insisted the delay in choosing between head coaching jobs with the Miami Dolphins and St. Louis Rams is not a leverage play and that neither side has yet to make an offer. Kirk reportedly was the last person to see her alive after a supposed argument they had and her kicking him out of her apartment. Kirk hired celebrity attorney Scott Rosemblum as the FBI continues to investigate. Meanwhile the FBI is also looking into the disappearance of STL native woman who vanished eight days earlier to see if there is any pattern in both women’s cases.
UPDATE: From a reliable source, as of today, English has been found dead and that the FBI has Kirk was back in custody.
2nd UPDATE: As of 9:02p.m. CST THURSDAY--Another source contacted OUTTOWN and said that the info given to us is incorrect. English has not been found and Kirk has not been in custody with the FBI.
Earlier reports that Atlanta police or FBI agents were coming to St. Louis to interview Kirk proved to be incorrect. "We have not been contacted to that extent at this point," said attorney Rosenblum, adding Kirk has spoken extensively to Atlanta police on a "number of occasions."
